In this talk, I would like to present a result on exponential decay ofcorrelations for generic volume-preserving Anosov flows on 3-dimmanifolds. The main ingredient of the proof is a simple observation onlocal geometric structure of the strong unstable foliation. If timeallows, I would like to discuss about generalization of such anobservation to higher dimensional cases.
